Privacy Policy for BrainXPR

Effective Date: 19/03/2026 [ 19 march 2026]

1. Introduction

Atharva Daphal  ("we," "us," or "our") built the BrainXPR app as a Free app with ad-supported features. This SERVICE is provided by atharva daphal at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Medical and Health Data Disclaimer (Important)

BrainXPR is designed purely for cognitive training and entertainment purposes. It is not a medical device. The "Global Brain PR," specific skill breakdowns (Speed, Memory, Logic, Focus, Knowledge), and any other cognitive metrics generated by the app are simulated mathematical scores based solely on your in-game reaction times and accuracy.

  • These scores do not constitute medical advice, a neurological evaluation, or a clinical diagnosis of your cognitive health.

  • We do not collect, transmit, or process any Protected Health Information (PHI) or sensitive medical data.

3. Information Collection and Use

A. Local Device Data (Cognitive Data & Scores) BrainXPR is designed with a "Privacy-First, Offline-First" architecture. Your cognitive performance data (as described above) is stored exclusively locally on your device using a local database.

  • We do not transmit, collect, or store this brain training data on any external servers.

  • If you uninstall the app or clear the app's data, this local cognitive data will be permanently deleted.

B. Third-Party Data Collection (Advertising & Analytics) While we do not collect personal data directly, the app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you, primarily to serve personalized advertisements and ensure app stability.

The third-party service providers used by the app include:

  • Google Play Services

  • Google AdMob

These third-party providers may collect data such as:

  • Your device's Internet Protocol (IP) address.

  • Device specifics (e.g., model, operating system version).

  • Advertising Identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID).

  • App usage statistics and crash logs.

You can learn more about how Google uses data when you use our partners' sites or apps by visiting: Google’s Privacy & Terms.

4. Advertising

We use Google AdMob to display ads within BrainXPR. AdMob uses advertising identifiers to serve ads that are relevant to your interests (Personalized Advertising) based on your previous interactions with other apps or websites.

  • Opting Out of Personalized Ads: You can opt-out of personalized advertising by adjusting the settings on your mobile device (e.g., navigating to Settings > Google > Ads > "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android).

5. Log Data

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app, third-party libraries may collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device IP address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics to help us fix crashes.

6. Security

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Because your core user profile and scores are kept strictly offline on your own device, your sensitive app data remains entirely in your control.

7. Links to Other Sites

This Service may contain links to other sites (such as sponsor links inside rewarded ads). If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Therefore, we strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

8. Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information (via third-party services), we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

9. Your Data Protection Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on your location, you may have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), including the right to access, delete, or restrict the processing of your data.

  • To delete your BrainXPR cognitive data: Simply uninstall the application from your device. Because we do not store your profile on a remote server, this will completely erase your profile.

  • To manage advertising data: Please refer to your device’s native Google settings to reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalized tracking.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

This policy is effective as of 19/03/2026 [ 19 march 2026]
