  • Metadata Stripping: By default, our App includes a "Privacy Shield" feature that removes sensitive metadata (EXIF data, such as GPS location, camera model, and capture date) from the compressed images to protect your privacy.

A. Automatically Collected Data (Third-Party Services) While we do not collect personal data ourselves, the App integrates third-party services for monetization (Advertising) and functionality. These services may collect information used to identify your device, including:

  • Device ID and Advertising ID (e.g., Google AAID).

  • App usage data and crash logs.

B. Permissions Required The App requires specific permissions to function:

  • Read Media/Storage (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): Required strictly to allow you to select images from your gallery for compression. We only access the specific files you select.

  • Internet Access: Required solely by Google AdMob to load and display advertisements.
